Terms of service

All orders must be paid for ahead of time. Orders that are unpaid will not be processed until payment is completed in full. 

All autographed items must be certified by JSA, PSA/DNA, BAS, Fanatics etc before the process begins. There are no exceptions for this unless given permission by Carter X and/or Kinship Collectibles LLC.

In addition, Carter X and Kinship Collectibles LLC holds the right to refuse any item. If this event takes place, your item will be mailed back to the address on the submission form, at the expense of Carter-X and Kinship Collectibles LLC and your submission fee will be refunded. There will be no refund for the initial shipment. 

If you do not choose select any themes or images for your baseball, that is acceptable. However, it will be left up to Carter X to design the item in its entirety. There are no returns and/or refunds if you have a change of heart at a later date once the item is completed. All items will be treated as if they are ours, and Carter X takes great pride in his work. Any errors, spelling mistakes, wrong stats etc will be corrected at no charge if such event were to occur.

Carter X and Kinship Collectibles LLC holds the right to apply a premium fee to any autographed item that qualifies for such. This can be due to (but is not limited to) item type, surface area, and/or the signer. Your item will not be worked on until all fees are paid in full. 

Example: there is a premium fee for Carter X to design a Jackie Robinson signed baseball. There is not a premium fee for Carter X to design a Mickey Mantle signed baseball. If you are unsure if your item qualifies for the standard service, please reach out before submitting. 

If the item is in possession of Kinship Collectibles LLC, and/or Carter X and you decide against proceeding, return shipping will be held responsible to the submitter. This covers any reason, including but not limited to if you decide against submitting an item due to the premium fee. Please reach out ahead of time if you think your item may fall under this category. 

There will be no refunds or exchanges once the artwork process has begun unless granted by Kinship Collectibles LLC and/or Carter X. Additional fees may apply if your item is pulled from the process. 

Neither Carter X nor Kinship Collectibles LLC will be held responsible for the item or any compensation if you are unhappy with your product. However, all errors (spelling, stats etc) will be corrected free of charge.
